Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please note that graded items and custom consignment orders may be final sale, as described in the relevant sections below.

Grading and Authenticity

We take care to describe the condition and authenticity of the items we list. Condition descriptions are prepared by trained staff using a documented checklist, and we strive to be accurate and consistent. However, condition assessment is inherently subjective, and slight differences in interpretation may occur between graders.

Where an item is submitted to a third party grading service, the grade assigned by that service is final and binding. We act only as an intermediary in the submission process and do not control the grade that a third party service assigns. We are not responsible for delays, disagreements, or decisions made by third party grading companies.

Authenticity is a priority for our business. If you believe that an item you purchased is not authentic, please contact us within the returns window with the details of your concern, and we will investigate promptly and in good faith.

Consignment Services

If you engage our consignment services, you agree to the additional terms described in this section and in any separate consignment agreement we provide. Consignment means that you retain ownership of the items you send us, and we sell those items on your behalf in exchange for an agreed commission or fee.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have clear title to any items you consign and that the items are not subject to any liens, claims, or encumbrances. We will use reasonable care in storing and handling consigned items, and we will maintain records of the items in our possession.

Consignment items may be submitted to grading services at your request and with your authorisation. Graded items and custom consignment orders are generally final sale, and commission amounts, payment schedules, and other terms will be set out in the applicable consignment agreement.
